返品・返金ポリシー（TSUMIATO）
Returns & Refunds Policy
当店では、商品の特性上、以下の方針に基づいて返品・返金対応を行っております。
商品発送後のお客様都合による返品・キャンセル（イメージ違い、不要になった等）は、原則としてお受けしておりません。
ご注文前に、商品内容、状態、注意事項を十分にご確認ください。
商品の破損、初期不良、またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り、返品または返金にて対応いたします。
その場合は、商品到着後3日以内に、下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

状況確認のため、該当箇所の写真の送付をお願いする場合があります。
■ 返品・返金をお受けできない場合
以下の場合、返品・返金はお受けできません。
・商品到着後4日以上が経過した場合
・開封後、使用済み、またはお客様のもとで状態が変化した商品
・付属品（スリーブ、台紙、外袋等）の欠品がある場合
・お客様の保管、取扱い不備による破損、汚損がある場合
■ トレーディングカード商品の状態について
トレーディングカードは商品の性質上、初期スレ、微細なキズ、裁断跡、反り等が見られる場合があります。
これらは製造工程上避けられないものであり、これらを理由とした返品・返金は原則としてお受けできません。
商品の状態につきましては、商品説明および掲載画像を基準として判断いたします。
■ 返品手続きおよび返金について
当店が返品を受け付ける場合、返送先住所および返送手順をメールにてご案内いたします。
当店からの案内前に返送された商品については、返品をお受けできません。
返品商品が当店に到着し、状態確認が完了次第、決済方法に応じて返金処理を行います。
返金の反映時期は、各決済事業者の処理状況により異なります。
Returns & Refunds Policy (English – Summary)
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations for customer convenience after shipment.
Returns or refunds are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or different from the order.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for confirmation.
Trading cards may have minor scratches, print marks, or slight warping due to the manufacturing process.
These conditions are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If a return is approved, instructions will be provided by email.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
The timing of refunds depends on the payment provider.
